I completely agree! I had someone message me on Instagram and tell they were thinking about getting a land line and deleting every other phone her doctors have that way there is no text option. I thought that was a good idea. I also don’t have the money to pay for another phone though.
Ugh yes. We deserve better. I am waiting for several doctor's offices to call me back. It's just so difficult. It shouldn't be this hard to get the care we need and deserve.
